Happy Last day of Kindergarten!!!

High School Graduation Walk!
This morning the class of 2016 from Franklin High School came and walked the hallways at Creekside and got high fives from all the Cougars!  It was a lot of fun!

Creekside Awards Day
Congratulations to our classmates that received Outstanding Attendance awards today at the Creekside Awards program!  Way to go Zeke, Claire, Haylee, Kyle, and Caiden!

I hope your child has a "playful" summer!  Take lots of time to play outside, read, and be creative!  Thank you for all your support to make your child's first year of school a great one!

NWEA and Report Cards
NWEA and Report Cards are in folders today.  Before you put those book bags away for the summer, be sure to get these two things out and look them over!!

Final Balloon Pop!
Today our final balloon said movie/popcorn party!  This afternoon we are ending Kindergarten by watching Horton Hears a Who!

Field Day

We had a great day today with field day and our balloon activity--picnic lunch!  I think you are going to have some tired kiddos tonight!

I'll see the boys and girls tomorrow for our  LAST day of KINDERGARTEN!!!!

Field Day

Creekside has its Field Day Monday, all day. The weather looks great and very sunny! To help your child have a successful day, please:

• have your child wear their field day t-shirt (red t-shirt that is in bookbags today!)
• have your child wear a hat and/or sunglasses if they prefer
• put sunscreen on your child
• have your child wear athletic shoes and clothing
• they can bring a water bottle to keep at their desk
• they can bring a beach towel to sit on outside

Balloon Popping Activities!

We continued popping balloons each day to count down to the end of the school year.  Thursday we had a paper airplane contest and today we had a class game of kickball before our field trip!  Super fun!

Field Trip
We had a great time today playing at the park, having a picnic lunch, visiting the Franklin public library, and touring around Franklin College!  It was a lot of walking--I bet there are a lot of tired kiddos tonight!

It was another great day in Room 110!  Have a great weekend!
