DIBELS-Tuesday
Next Tuesday, April 25th, is our End of Year DIBELS testing! The students will be tested on letter ID, working words out, and reading nonsense words. I am excited for the students to show all that they have learned this school year! Please make sure your child is well rested, and has a good breakfast Tuesday morning!
Mile Run
The mile run is coming up! Instead of specials on Friday, April 28th, all students will run outside during our specials time. Please make sure your child wears tennis shoes and comfy clothes on this day!
ABC Countdown
We will be counting down the end of the school year with an ABC countdown. We will begin on Monday because that's when we will have 26 days to go! Please look in your child's folder to find the white paper that says, "ABC Countdown!" Keep it in a safe place for the rest of the school year so that you will know what's going to happen each day. There are days that students may need to bring or wear something, so please check it daily starting Monday. Thanks! I've attached the list here too for your reference.

5/1 F: Finger Painting Day
5/2 G: Game Day: Bring a game to school (no electronics please!)
5/3 H: Hat Day: Wear a hat to school
5/4 I: Inside Out Day: Wear your clothes inside out
5/5 J: Jump Rope Day
5/8 K: Kite Day
5/9 L: Leave School Day (Field Trip!)
5/10 M: Mismatch Day: Wear clothes that don’t match.
5/11 N: Necklace/Necktie Day: Wear your favorite necklace/necktie!
5/12 O: Orange Day: wear as much orange as you can!
5/15 P: Pajama Day: Wear pajamas to school!
5/16 Q: Quiet Day (Reading camp out): Bring a blanket for a camp out!
5/17 R: Red & Rock & Roll Day: Wear red and be ready to rock!
5/18 S: Sunglasses Day: Wear sunglasses (I’ll have some to give kids too!)
5/19 T: T-shirt day: Wear your favorite t-shirt to school
5/22 U: Under the desk day
5/23 V: Vegetable Day
5/24 W: Walking Day
5/25 X: X-change Autograph Day
5/26 Y: Year End Clearance Day: Clear out and clean up! (Field day)
5/30 Z: Zebra Day- wear stripes (Last day)
