Homework Confusion

Sorry for the confusion last night with the homework sheet!  On the back of the homework sheet,  Wednesday and Thursday night boxes were reversed.  Finishing Valentine cards was Wednesday night (most of you have already done this!) and the Thursday night homework is the worksheet.  This worksheet is in folders tonight.  Thanks!

Jump Rope for Heart

Tomorrow is Jump Rope for Heart day!  Along with wear red day tomorrow, please send your child to school tomorrow in comfortable clothes to jump in and TENNIS SHOES!

Superkids

This week in Superkids we have finished our B/R books, had a Super Smart lesson on mixing colors, and today we started Unit 3-N!  Whew!  What a lot of learning!

Math

This week in math we have done the following:

• counted pennies and nickels
• identified 3-D shapes (cube, cylinder, cone, sphere)
• made exchanges between nickels and pennies
• counted beats in time

Sight Words

This week we are working on: one, two.  Next week we will work on three, four, five.  Please add all these to your practice at home!

President's Day--Monday
